About the Alexia Theme

The theme is designed to let Talents (users) register and build Talent Profiles online without agency intervention. Admins can control registrations with options for direct publish, email verification, or admin approval. It is well-suited for Model Agency, Actor Management, Casting, Music artists, Dubbing artists, and other user-based sites. Built using the Ultimate Member Free Plugin, Alexia integrates flexible forms and profile management for diverse talent types.

Registration & Profile Management

Registration Form

It can be fully customized, you can add any form fields like Gender, Hair Color, Height etc. so that user can fill while registration.

Profile Page

This is very important page for Talent so the admin can add unlimited fields as per their needs. All the Registration form fields are fetched into the Profile page. You can show fields under the Profile Photo, and display Social Connect icons. You can hide/show few fields like email or contact information for non logged users.

Login Form

Where you can add custom text anywhere on the page as per your company needs.

As Profile Tabs are created from Pods, there is an option to embed Rich Text Editor, so you can use the WordPress Default Rich Text editor for adding content like Text, Images, Videos, Audios or any other format. All the Registration form fields are added to the Talent Profile page, so there is no need to re-create CPT post type Talent post. Talent fields can show/hide based on Roles (Talent Types), allowing customization for Free Users. The Talent Profile page can be shown/hidden based on Roles (type of Talents). Talent Profiles can be made private so that others cannot view them.

Profile Structure & Media

• Multiple Profile Tabs (e.g., Resume, Images, Videos, Experience) with editable content
• Tab content show/hide based on user roles
• Members can upload multiple Images, Videos, Audios or any file types to their profile

Forms & Form Variants

Multiple forms can be created to suit different talent types. For example, a form for Models can include fields like Eye Color, Bust, Hair Color, etc. These fields may not be useful for other talents like Musicians or Photographers, so dedicated Registration forms can be created for each talent type.

Directory & Search

Member Directory pages can be created for any Talent Types alongside search fields, enabling visitors to locate talents based on the defined fields and filters.

Registration Flow & Admin Controls

• Site Admin can fully control user registration and profile publishing flow
• Options for direct publish after registration, email verification, or admin review and publish
• Admin can view, edit, delete, set to pending, or reject Talent Profiles
• Redirection options to restricted pages for non-authorized users
• Admin can create Talent Profiles via email activation links for Talents to activate and finish their Profile

Access & Privacy Controls

• Profiles can be shown or hidden based on user roles
• Option to restrict full site or specific pages to logged-in users only
• Profiles can be private to prevent public viewing

Membership & Payments

Membership Websites: The theme supports membership-based sites where Talents or Users can pay during registration to become a Talent. For membership functionality, Paid Membership Pro is tested as a Free Plugin, and other plugins can be used as alternatives.
