Roomzio is a scalable real estate WordPress theme that lets users manage their own listings, profiles, and payments, while enabling monetization through built‑in pay-per-post and package systems, supported by documentation and dedicated help.
Front End Submission
Roomzio allows users to add properties and create the property directory with just a few clicks. You can review newly added properties before publishing, and charging users for using the website is supported via the built-in pay per post and package system.
Property management
Manage properties from the WordPress admin. The theme includes a custom version of the table display showing essential information about properties such as featured image, price, and assigned taxonomy terms.
Price Formatting Options
Roomzio supports various price formatting options. You can define the currency and adjust currency sign and number formatting options like the number of decimal places, decimal point, and thousands separator.
For properties, you can set another group of price settings. You can write alphanumeric text instead of a price amount or add your custom prefix and suffix.
If you are a developer and still not satisfied with price formatting, everything is located in one method, making it easy to change the functionality.
Agencies & Agents
With Roomzio theme you are able to assign agents to properties and create agencies grouping agents, which is great for internal purposes or directory listings.
