Talents is a WordPress Theme for Talent Agencies featuring front-end profile submission, advanced talent management, and flexible access controls. Built with the Ultimate Member Free Plugin, it supports casting, auditions, portfolios, model cards, and role-based visibility for diverse talent workflows.
Frontend submission and talent profiles
- Users can submit their profile themselves from the front end posting form.
- Admin can create Talent Profiles (User) and send user login notifications.
- Admin can create User Profiles or Talent Profiles.
- Site Admin can full control on User Registration, direct publish after registration, email verification or whether admin can personally check the Profile and publish the Profile.
Registration, profiles and admin workflows
- Registration form can be fully customized with fields such as Gender, Hair Color, Height, etc., to collect detailed user information during signup.
- Profile Page: admin can add unlimited fields; all Registration form fields are fetched into the Profile page, with options to show fields under the Profile Photo and display Social Connect icons.
- Login Form: allows custom text and messaging anywhere on the page to fit company needs.

Registration, profile data and role-based customization
- User can register and fill the details themselves without admin intervention.
- Admin can also create Talent Profiles (User) and send login activation or setup notices.
- All registration fields are added to the Talent Profile page so there is no need to recreate CPT post type Talent post.
- Talent fields can show/hide based on Roles (Talent Types) so some fields can be hidden for Free Users.
- Talent Profile page can be shown/hidden based on Roles, meaning different Talent types.
Privacy, visibility and access control
- Talents can have an option to make the profile private so that others cannot view it.
- Have an option to restrict the full site or some pages for logged in users.
- Display talent fields on hover or under Profile Image in grid layout; visibility can be fully controlled.
Profile tabs, content management and editing
- Multiple Profile Tabs like Resume, Images, Videos and Experience; these tabs' content can be edited by the users.
- Tab content can be shown/hidden based on user roles.
- As Profile Tabs created from Pods, you can embed Rich Text Editor and use WordPress Default Rich Text editor for adding content like Text, Images, Videos, Audios or any other format.
Media uploads and file management
- Users can upload multiple Images, videos, audios or any file types to their profile page.
Multiple forms and form customization
- Multiple forms can be created; for example, a form for Models with fields like Eye Color, Bust, Hair Color, etc., which may differ from forms for Musicians or Photographers.
- These fields can be customized per Talent type to suit specific needs.
Directories, search and filtering
- Member Directory pages can be created for any Talent Type along with search fields.
- Simple Search box searches across full Talent fields.
- Advanced Custom Search Filters are available for more precise discovery.
- Search filter display options include full width, left side bar, or right side bar.
Model cards and portfolio cards
- Option to create Model Comp card, also called Z Card, Set Card, Composite Card and Model Card.
Membership and monetization
- Membership Websites: use the theme to create membership-based sites where Talents or Users can pay during registration to become Talent.
- For membership functionality, tested with “Paid Membership Pro” Free Plugin.
- You can also use any other plugin you like for this purpose.
Interactivity, booking and communications
- Users can contact Talents for booking information.
- Have an option to view Private Profiles based on Roles; some Roles may view all profiles.
