We added an awesome functionality so that you can offer a complete custom website development service to your clients. Tikidocs has a separate page where any customer can customize a website. After completing the order, you will receive it and you can start to work on it. What is this page all about?

  1. Customers can customize a lot of details and they can start with the number of pages and Inner pages of the website. They will have the possibility to choose a “single page website”.
  2. The second step is to choose the layout of the website. You can choose to be optimized for Desktops, Android or Responsive. Any of these solutions will have a starting price that your customers can see and compare.
  3. The third step of this process is to choose is the moment when you decide how fast do you want your project to be ready. You can add options like, “Standard delivery” or “Fast delivery”. Of course you can customize the prices for these.
  4. You can add as many steps as you want and customize them to fit the service you are selling. For example, on the fourth step, we added another customizable feature. Your customer will have the option to choose the platform on which your website is going to be developed. Joomla, Drupal, WordPress and so on.
  5. You can also add custom features to your service. For example if you want to add some layouts, plugins, functionalities, you can do that and add prices for each one of them.

A basic functionality for a knowledgebase website is that you have to share your projects and background with your clients. You can add a Portofolio Showcase section where you can organize all of your projects by categories. This way you will build trust and clients can see how much experience do you have in your field.

Because knowledge is the core tool of Tikidocs, you can play with it and start some engagement sessions with other specialists. If you go deeper into the forum, you will notice that it requires you to be logged in to see the content. This is because a knowledge base website needs high-quality members. Each member can create topics, discussion, debates, and an admin can manage all the important stuff that will be put in this forum.
