• Is the price one-time or recurring? As with all items on ThemeForest, it is just one-time payment. This includes six months of support and updates for the lifetime of the item. You can extend the support if needed.
• What is included in item support? Support includes help with theme-related issues or explanations of theme features. Customization is not included, but CSS snippets and code customization hints are provided. Please read the theme documentation first.
• Can I use the theme on staging and live sites? Yes, you can use the theme on multiple staging/development sites in parallel with your live site. The license allows one final live site.
• How can I contact you privately? Use a contact form on the author’s profile page to send a private message.
• Is the WPBakery Page Builder plugin included? No. While the theme supports this plugin, it is not bundled with the theme.
• Can’t Decide Between Wordbench, Pressville and TownPress? All three themes are built for municipalities and share essential LSVR plugins, with design differences. Choose the one that best fits your municipal branding.
